Toddler House, Children’s House, and Kinder House Programs:

Tuition, less deposit, will be paid in ten monthly payments via Playground App – June thru March.

Deposit:

• New & Returning Toddler & Children’s House students = $500 deposit

• Returning & new Kinder House students = $1,000 deposit

Nido Program: 

Tuition:

Tuition will be billed monthly. Monthly payments will begin in the month prior to the infant’s start date. 

Deposit:

A deposit equal to two months of tuition will be required at enrollment. The deposit will be credited to the last two months that your child is in the Nido.

School-wide

School-wide Deposit Payment Details:

The only payment method available for deposits is ACH (electronic funds transfer from your bank account.) ALL payments will be processed through Playground App.

Student fees include an activity fee and a materials fee.  The activity fee is $300 and is used for field trips and special programming.

The materials fee is $200 for all programs and is used to purchase and maintain consumable materials for your child’s Montessori environment.  An additional $75 materials fee is required for children in Kinder House.

Childcare is offered from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM each day and is billed monthly. The rates are $15/hour for one child and $21/hour for two children in the same family.

Depending on availability, you may request to add a morning, afternoon or full day session to your child’s regular schedule, as needed.  The drop-in rate for a morning session (9am – Noon) or afternoon session (Noon – 3:00 pm) is $60. The drop-in rate for a full day (9am – 3pm) is $120.

We allow a 10-minute grace period for pick-up at the end of the morning and afternoon sessions. If a child is picked up after 12:10 p.m. for the morning session, the following late fees will apply:

1-5 minutes late = $5

6-10 minutes late = $10

Etc.

If a child enrolled in the afternoon program is picked up after 3:10 p.m., you will be charged the standard rate for childcare.

If a child is picked up from aftercare after 5:00 p.m., the following late fees will apply:

1 – 5 minutes late = $15

6 – 10 minutes late = $30

Etc.

NMS does not refund tuition or offer make-up days for absences, including, but not limited to, absences due to illness, family vacations, and appointments.

After June 1, there will be no reduction in tuition for program changes that involve a reduced schedule, and the financially responsible parent or guardian is liable for the full year’s tuition as shown on the Financial Agreement. Our annual budget is based on enrollments as of June 1st, and the reduction of a student’s schedule does not reduce operating costs.

For program changes of higher value, tuition will be adjusted accordingly. All other program changes will incur a $25 change fee.

We are not in a position to offer financial aid for the 2025-2026 school year.
