I am an educator because I love helping children find their passion, independence, and joy for learning. I have always been drawn to teaching young children. As the eldest daughter, I was constantly trying to give my two younger brothers "lessons" on a daily basis. After a year of teaching kindergarten in public school, I knew I wanted to stick with littles, but I wanted to find something that was more child-focused and individualized. During my first Montessori job at Andover School of Montessori, I was positive that Montessori was the right fit for me as an educator. I love guiding children to explore activities and materials that excite them to learn at their own pace. 

In my personal time, I enjoy checking out new towns and beaches, practicing yoga, and spending time with family and friends.
