As a mother of five, it is no secret that I love children. My interest in early childhood education began once my oldest child started preschool, and I saw the profound impact her amazing educators had on the foundation of her learning experience. During the pandemic, as my family navigated online learning, I had the opportunity to play a direct role in my children’s academics, and I truly enjoyed it, strengthening my desire to pursue a career in education. After many fulfilling years working in healthcare, I am overjoyed to now be taking steps toward that goal, working as a support staff member at NMS, nurturing and caring for the students and learning from the incredible teachers.

My interest in the Montessori philosophy stems from my own children’s experiences at a Montessori school, and in the time I have been part of this community, it has only grown. I love the respect and honor that is shown to the child, meeting them where they are, and allowing them to thrive and gain the confidence that will aid them throughout their lives! I am honored to connect with each child I care for and strive to provide them with all of the support, kindness, and patience they need to reach their full potential.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and my five amazing children, as well as my family and friends. I enjoy reading, hiking, yoga, traveling, theater, and dining out. I also have two lovable dogs, Teddy and Jack.
